Thank you for shopping with us at swimstripes.com! We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase, however have ordered the incorrect size or style, we will happily arrange an exchange of an equivalent item for you, provided:
i. The product is in original, unworn and unwashed condition with all swing tags and hygiene stickers still attached and packaging intact. ii. An identical item in the requested size/colour is available in stock. If not, a similar item will be offered and provided at your approval. Alternately, a store credit will be given. iii. Any returns must be received back to us within 30 days of purchase
To exchange your product please complete our Returns Form and place with items in a postage satchel. Shipping costs for any returns or exchanges are at your own expense. If you are exchanging an item, please include a self-addressed, reply paid postage satchel of suitable size with your return, so exchanged items can be mailed back to you. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend you use registered post as Swim Stripes cannot be responsible for any undelivered returns parcels.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we ask that you contact us with details, including a picture of the faulty item for assessment. We will then provide further instructions on returning the faulty item for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will replace or refund products deemed to be faulty at their discretion.
